1. Free trial

Every paid plan starts with a free trial. You can cancel anytime during your trial and you won't be charged.

2. Satisfaction guarantee

If you're not happy with your subscription, contact us within 14 days of your first charge for a full refund — no questions asked.

3. Refund process

To request a refund, email us at support@learnitlife.com with the email address you used to sign up. Most refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

4. After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there's a billing error or technical issue on our end, we'll make it right.

5. Prorated refunds

If you cancel after the 14-day window and haven't used the service extensively, we may offer a prorated refund for unused time at our discretion.

6. No refunds for

• Gift cards or promotional codes that have already been redeemed.
• Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.

7. How to cancel

You can cancel anytime from your Profile page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access until then.
